New Yankee Group Summit Focused on Mobile Cloud for the Enterprise, Collocated at CTIA Enterprise & Applications 2011

As workers increasingly bring personal devices and apps to work, enterprise IT must adapt or lose productivity.

Boston, MA Jul 11, 2011 – Yankee Group today announced its one-day summit “Mobile Cloud Means Business,” which will examine the role of cloud computing within the mobile enterprise. The event will take place Tuesday, Oct. 11, and will be collocated at CTIA Enterprise & Applications 2011 in San Diego, Calif.

Consumerization of the enterprise, combined with the explosion of smartphone and tablet use and the demand for mobility, has tasked enterprise IT departments with making business applications and content available to users and unique devices around the globe.
