Steve Dyck
Steve Dyck is the lead Architect for Alcatel-Lucent’s Mobile Transport Solutions. In this role, he is responsible for Mobile Backhaul and Backbone network strategy across the company’s transport portfolio (including IP, Optics, Microwave, DSL and GPON technologies). For years, Steve has assisted mobile and fixed operators around the world with the evolution and optimization of their transport networks, initially for 2G growth, then for introduction and growth of 3G, and most recently with IP Transformation for all-IP 3G and LTE.
Throughout this time, Steve has spoken extensively on mobile backhaul and backbone topics geared to audiences ranging from mobile operators, fixed operators and vertical markets with some of the more recent events noted below:

Steve has over 23 years experience in the telecom industry with roles ranging from R&D, Systems Engineering, Product Management, Business Development and Solutions Architect. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree, specializing in Computer Engineering, from the University of Waterloo in Canada.
