Thomas Steagall heads the Risk Management practice for Ericsson in North America.
Originally from Brazil, he holds a degree in Computer Science and has 14+ years of experience in the Industry, providing consulting and system integration services in telecom (OSS/BSS) for operators in the CALA, European and North America regions.
Thomas was amongst the first in Ericsson to establish the business practices for RA and integrally involved in major RA engagements deployed around the globe.
