Meeting rooms for individual press briefings can be reserved in the Press Lounge during the event. You may submit a meeting room request as early as Aug. 1, 2012, by e-mailing Kate Mitchell or by calling her at +1-617-259-2320.
Press briefing rooms are available Monday to Thursday.

Name of Registered Journalist/Analyst
The Press Lounge may only be used by registered exhibitors, representatives, press and analysts. For each meeting, one attendee must be registered as press (journalist/analyst) and the other must be a registered exhibitor.
