Cancellation Policy:
Cancel before 8/31/11 and receive your registration fee, minus a $50 processing fee.
No refunds for cancellations after 8/31/11. Substitutions from your company are allowed. If you cancel and do not select a replacement from your company, you will receive a credit in the amount of the cancellation toward attendance at any Yankee Group conference through December 31, 2012.
Other Terms:
All discounts can only be applied at the time of registration, and discounts cannot be combined. In the event that more than one discount is applicable, delegates will receive the discount with the highest value. All discounts are subject to approval. Please note the conference fee does not include travel or hotel accommodation costs.
Pre-registration is required for all training courses and minimum enrollment is necessary. Courses may be cancelled if the minimum enrollment is not met. In the case of cancellation, all training registrants will be notified by one week prior and payment will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee. Registrant may attend the conference program in lieu of the courses, if desired.
Badges:
This year, we are using plastic badges, instead of paper. Their will be a $25.00 fee for badge reprints onsite.
