President Obama and the FCC have proposed reallocating up to 120 MHz of digital television spectrum to fixed and mobile wireless services using an incentive auction. Obama has also proposed reallocating the 700 MHz D Block from commercial to public safety use and using the proceeds from the incentive auction to build a nationwide public safety network. This session will explore the regulatory challenges and business opportunities presented by these plans.
