Enterprise Risk Management and Implications to Customer Experience

Enterprise risk management—it’s a major element of the enterprise management process, and it’s one area that represents an often hidden yet significant influence on customer experiences. Components of enterprise risk management can be broadly identified as including business continuity management, security management, fraud management, audit management, insurance management and revenue assurance management.

TM Forum’s Revenue Management Initiative, through its Collaboration Program, has created projects focused on the areas of revenue assurance, risk management, security management and fraud management.  While these areas of enterprise management are often behind the scenes, their ability to impact customer experience is indeed real.

Please join Steve Cotton, TM Forum’s Head of Revenue Management, along with a select group of service providers and TM Forum member company representatives as they outline where this work is heading and how your company can leverage TM Forum’s Best Practices and Standards to ensure the best experience for your customers as they consume the latest 4G services.
