Utilities and government entities are increasingly looking for wireless solutions to solve smart grid and other complex deployment issues. But the government has said it does not intend to allocate more spectrum for utilities and government spectrum users are under pressure to make their spectrum available for commercial use. This session examines spectrum bands suitable for smart grid and government deployment, including wireless backhaul deployments.
