Charles Kuai is Chief Strategy Officer and President Mobile Broad Band at Ubee Interactive Corp. The primary responsibility of his role is to develop the long-term products and services as well as the corporate strategy that includes establishing key strategic alliances, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisition for business expansion.
Charles is a seasoned executive in the Telecommunications, Media, and Technology sectors with nearly 20 years of experience in Americas, Europe & Middle East, and Asia Pacific. Most recently prior to joining Ubee Interactive, Charles was Chief Strategy Officer of CNS, Taiwan’s largest Cable Operator, owned by MBK Partners private equity firm and before that he was the Senior Vice President and Chief of Asia Pacific for Advanced Digital Broadcast, a leading digital TV solution provider. Charles also held executive and management positions at Nortel, TenFold, and AT&T.
Charles holds a MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and has a dual bachelors of science in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from Southern Methodist University.
