Paul Kirby is a senior editor at Telecommunications Reports and TR Daily. He has covered wireless regulatory, legislative and legal issues at the publications since March 2000. Previously, he worked for six years at the Reuters news service. Before that, he covered Congress and the executive branch for newspapers in Florida and Louisiana as a reporter at a Washington-based regional wire service. Previously, he covered business and local government at newspapers in Florida and Virginia. He grew up in Silver Spring, Md., and is an alumnus of the University of Maryland at College Park.
