Mr. Kemp has 27 years experience in voice and data communications and is currently senior director of product marketing for Alcatel-Lucent where he is responsible for promotion of wireless access products worldwide. Formerly, he oversaw promotion of Alcatel-Lucent’s fiber-to-the-home, DSL, and loop carrier access products sold in North America. Prior to joining Alcatel, he specified and marketed VOIP solutions and mobile handset applications for two start-ups after holding strategic planning and marketing positions in optical transport and switching while at Tellabs He is a former FTTH Council board member.
